Troubleshooting & Technical Suppor

My camera battery is not charging through the USB cable or the manufacturer’s charger. What should I do?+

Many customers experience difficulties when trying to charge their camera battery via USB cable or the official charger. The most common cause is insufficient power output from the plug or socket, which prevents the battery from charging properly.

Solutions to Fix the Issue:

1. Use a More Powerful Plug/Adapter

2. Try USB Power Delivery (PD) with the Camera

  • Ensure that your plug provides enough power for charging.
  • A 30W or higher plug is recommended, but if possible, a 100W plug would be ideal for faster and more reliable charging.
  • If the battery does not charge in a standard wall charger, try using a USB Power Delivery (PD) adapter and connect it directly to the camera.
  • This will help determine if the issue is with the power source rather than the battery itself.
    • By following these steps, most charging issues can be resolved.

My lens is making a rattling sound or feels loose. What should I do?+

Some lenses may produce a slight rattling sound due to the internal stabilizer or autofocus mechanism, which can be normal when the lens is not powered on. However, if you suspect the lens is damaged or something feels loose, please do not shake or handle it roughly to prevent potential damage.

Here’s what to do:

1. Stop using or handling the lens further.

2. Take a clear photo and a short video demonstrating the issue.

3. Contact our Customer Service team with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the attached media.

Our team will review your case and advise you on the next steps.
