Accepted Payment Methods

CamerasDori currently accepts secure payments through Stripe, including all major credit cards, debit cards, and secure payment links. We also accept Wise bank transfers. Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future to provide greater flexibility for customers.


Currency & Pricing

All prices displayed on the CamerasDori website are shown in GBP (£). The final price displayed at checkout includes VAT, import duties, customs charges, and all applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees or unexpected delivery charges, ensuring complete pricing transparency for every order.


VAT Information

CamerasDori is not VAT-registered and therefore cannot issue VAT invoices. VAT cannot be reclaimed on purchases made through CamerasDori, and no VAT refunds are available. Although VAT is included within the final selling price, it is not itemised separately on invoices or receipts.


Customs & Import Duties

All products sold by CamerasDori are sourced from trusted suppliers, and all necessary customs fees and import duties are included within the listed product price. Customers will not be required to pay any additional customs charges upon delivery.


Additional Bank or Payment Fees

CamerasDori is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by banks or payment providers. These may include currency conversion fees, international transaction fees, bank transfer charges, or card processing fees. Any such charges are determined solely by your financial institution or payment provider.


Order Verification & Security

To help prevent fraud and unauthorised transactions, certain orders may require additional verification before processing. If verification is required, CamerasDori may contact the customer to request further information. Orders that cannot be successfully verified may be cancelled, and any payment received will be refunded in full.


Payment Processing & Dispatch

Payments are processed at the time an order is placed. Orders are dispatched only after payment has been successfully completed, authorised, and verified. If any payment-related issues arise, such as authorisation failures, CamerasDori will contact the customer to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled due to stock unavailability, pricing corrections, or verification concerns, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method used during checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, and refunds may take several business days to appear. CamerasDori is not responsible for any additional fees incurred during the refund process, including currency conversion fees or bank transaction charges.
