Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Regions
Currently, CamerasDori ships to the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7–14 business days from order processing, depending on location and courier performance. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fees
- Free standard shipping is available for orders above £240. Orders under £240 incur a shipping fee of £30
- A £25 remote area surcharge applies to deliveries to certain UK postcodes (see below).

Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. CamerasDori is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs to resend the package may apply.
Order Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to become visible on the courier’s website.
Delivery Confirmation
A delivery is considered complete once the courier marks the parcel as “Delivered.” If you are not available to receive your parcel, please ensure someone else can accept it on your behalf. If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received the parcel, please contact us within 7 days so we can begin an investigation with the courier.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We take these issues seriously and will investigate promptly. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or other appropriate solution to resolve the issue.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
Delays: If your parcel is delayed, we’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve it. Please allow extra time during peak periods or unforeseen events.
Lost Parcels: If a parcel is suspected lost, we will open an investigation with the courier. A replacement or refund will only be issued once the courier confirms the package is lost.
Incorrect Addresses: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address you provided, CamerasDori cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

Deliveries to the following UK postcodes are subject to a £25 shipping surcharge and may take an additional 2–3 business days:
